I hereby acknowledge that participation in activities inside Wonders and Wanders indoor playground involves physical activities and inherent risk.

I voluntarily allow my child/children to participate and understand that Wonders and Wanders will not be held liable for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings that may occur during participation.

I confirm that:

• Wonders and Wanders encourages the participants to enjoy the activities and amenities inside the premises given that they adhere to the rules and regulation;
• Wonders and Wanders will not be held liable to any injury, loss and damage to personal belongings;
• There are risks and hazards involved in the participant's enjoyment of Wonders and Wanders' facilities and amenities;
• Parents/guardians must disclose if their child/children is/are sick or suffering from any health/medical condition. The parent/guardian will be responsible for any consequence arising from such condition while the child is at the play area. Wonders and Wanders will have the sole discretion to refuse entry to guests suffering from the said illness, or to usher them out of the premises;
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the playground, facilities, equipment, furniture, fixtures, or other property caused by their actions or the actions of the children under their supervision. Wonders & Wanders Indoor Playground reserves the right to assess and charge the cost of repair or replacement for any damage resulting from misuse, negligence, intentional acts, or failure to follow playground rules and staff instructions.
• Wonders and Wanders requires assistance from the parents/guardian at all times. Participants needing special assistance should be accompanied by the parent/guardian. No child should be left unattended at all times;
• Wonders and Wanders is not required to refund payment in any case of power interruptions and/or other fortuitous events that may cause the playtime to be cut short;
• Wonders and Wanders has the right to direct any child, accompanying adult, and guest to leave the premises in case of any violation of Wonders and Wanders' rules and regulations;
• All children, accompanying adults, and guests must not cause any harm or danger to anyone inside the premises;
• All children, accompanying adults and guests must maintain peace and order while inside the premises;
• Wonders and Wanders will not be held liable for any damage or injury sustained by any person while inside the premises;
• All children must be accompanied by an adult inside the premises at all times;
• Any photography and video taken inside the premises will only be for personal use;
• I have read and fully understood and voluntarily signed this waiver and quitclaim for and on behalf of the participant who is 18 years old and below.
• Wonders and Wanders is released from any and all third party claims arising from the situations stated above;
• Wonders and Wanders, its managers, management, and employees are released from any liability on injuries caused to the participant resulting from risks and dangers inherent and associated with the activities and amenities, including but not limited to falls, collision with other participants, loss of balance, loss of control, etc. and those resulting to various injuries and/or accidents.
• PRIVACY CONSENT I understand that Wonders and Wanders may collect, store, and process personal information provided through this booking and waiver for operational, safety, customer service, legal, and record-keeping purposes. I consent to such collection and processing in accordance with the Wonders and Wanders Privacy Policy.
